Gracie Arenas Strittmatter is the supervising director of Tiburon Technical Operations for EA SPORTS at Electronic Arts (EA) based in Austin, Texas, overseeing operational aspects of technical delivery for 250 developers contributing to the Orlando-based EA Sports portfolio (Madden NFL, College Football, and PGA Tour Golf).

With sixteen years of tech art and operational experience, she holds credits on AAA games including Anthem, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Madden NFL, College Football, NBA Live, and Tiger Woods PGA Tour. She is passionate about leadership and career development, problem-solving, programming, art tools, team building, and effective communication.

Arenas Strittmatter is the first female university graduate in her family, a champion of education, and a fervent supporter of aspiring game developers, particularly women and minorities in tech. She backs multiple scholarships for students in gaming with her husband and frequently participates in speaking and mentoring engagements.

She is a global advisor and former cochair of SOMOS EA (Hispanic/Latinx Employee Resource Group); a twenty-two-year volunteer with ACM SIGGRAPH; a longtime industry board member for the Visualization program in the Texas A&M School of Performance, Visualization, and Fine Arts; a 2022 recipient of the HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever Award; and a 2022 recipient of Electronic Arts’ highest honor, the Purpose & Belief Award, for Culture Impact.

 She holds a BS in computer science and a MS in visualization sciences from Texas A&M University.
