Elisa Padilla serves as the New York Red Bulls’ chief marketing officer (CMO), a position she has held since September 2023. She oversees the club’s marketing and communications teams.
Padilla has over two decades of brand marketing experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Prior to her time with the Red Bulls, she served as the senior vice president of creative strategy and partnership marketing at Roc Nation in 2020. Padilla served as the senior vice president of marketing for the Miami Marlins from 2018 to 2020 and was the CMO at BSE Global, parent company of the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center, from 2010 to 2017.
She has also worked for iconic brands such as Apple, HBO, and AT&T Mobility.
