2024 Movers & Shakers: Bri Hamilton, CAA Sports

Bri Hamilton is an executive at CAA Brand Consulting, a division of CAA Sports. CAA Sports represents more than three thousand of the world’s best athletes in sports such as baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, tennis, and golf, in addition to icons in individual sports, on-air broadcasters, coaches, and other pre-eminent personalities. 

Hamilton joined CAA Brand Consulting in 2021, where she contributes to the development of strategic and innovative brand solutions, and leads talent management for clients, including Aflac, Kaiser Permanente, Wilson Basketball, and Prudential. In 2022, she was accepted into CAA Elevate, the agency’s next-generation training program, and was promoted from account professional to senior account executive in 2023. Her work has notably enhanced the visibility and impact of brands within the women’s sports space.

She also serves as the director of marketing and communications for the Los Angeles chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE), a national organization that empowers women in the sports industry through networking, professional development, and mentorship. Through her work with WISE, Hamilton continues to advance her mission of creating a more inclusive and equitable landscape for women in sports.

Hamilton is proudly from the city of Los Angeles and is of African American and Mexican descent. She grew up within diverse communities, yet was often told she did not fit into either side of her heritage. Hamilton credits sports for providing her with opportunities to develop self-awareness and to be her authentic self. These experiences shaped her passion for enhancing society through sports.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in television, film, and media studies from California State University, Los Angeles, where she competed in women’s indoor and outdoor track and field. Hamilton received a master’s degree in kinesiology, sport management from Saint Mary’s College of California.
