Yaneris M. Rosa serves as vice president of legal and business affairs at World Wrestling Entertainment, part of TKO Group Holdings. TKO is a premium sports and entertainment company that comprises UFC, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization, and WWE, an integrated media organization and the recognized global leaders in sports entertainment. Together, the organizations reach more than 1 billion households in approximately 210 countries and territories, and organize more than 300 live events year-round, attracting more than two million fans.

Rosa previously served as General Counsel Americas, Security & Safety Business and Data Privacy Officer at Resideo Technologies Inc., a spinoff of Honeywell International Inc., which she helped list on NYSE. Prior to the spinoff, Rosa served as assistant general counsel of various Honeywell businesses. Before joining Honeywell, she served as the associate general counsel of Planet Payment Inc., a New York-based startup, which she listed on NASDAQ.

Rosa has been committed to diversity and inclusion since the inception of her career. She currently serves as the Chair of WWE’s Women’s Affinity Group, a group dedicated to promoting diversity and providing a place where employees feel valued and empowered to bring their best selves to the workplace. She is also very passionate about education initiatives, especially those that provide opportunities for students from underprivileged backgrounds. Rosa enjoys mentoring high school, college, and law students and serves on various nonprofit boards, including the Board of the Council on Legal Education Opportunity (CLEO), which is committed to diversifying the legal profession by expanding legal education opportunities to minority and disadvantaged groups.

She was born in Dominican Republic and moved to Freeport, New York, when she was about ten years old. Rosa is a first-generation college graduate receiving her Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis and Management, with concentrations in Latino Studies, from Cornell University and her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. During her college studies, her cultural desire to explore her Afro-Caribbean background led her to study abroad in Ghana, West Africa, during junior year in college, which was a transformation experience. She returned to Ghana twice during law school completing a month-long Harvard Law School human rights clinic, leading health care and education initiatives with Ghanaian attorneys.

Rosa has also participated in various international delegation during her professional career, including: a delegation to Israel in 2015, a Give1 Global Leaders’ Summit in Paris in 2017, a Maiden Voyage Delegation to South Africa and Namibia in 2019, a US-Spain Council Delegation to Madrid and Barcelona in 2023, and an ACYPL Delegation to Australia (Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne).
