Xavier A. Gutierrez
Xavier A. Gutierrez is the chairman and CEO of ImpactX Sports Group LLC, a private investment and strategic advisory firm focused on the global sports industry. He previously served as CEO of the Arizona Coyotes NHL franchise and was the first Latino CEO in the history of the NHL. With degrees from Harvard and Stanford, his 30-plus-year career spans leadership in private equity, finance, real estate, law, and sports. Gutierrez has served on the boards of and honored by the Commercial Bank of California; ARCTOS Northstar Acquisition Group, Janus International Group, Trinitas Capital Management; SUMA Capital, Aspen Institute Latinos & Society, SEO, Hispanic Scholarship Fund, and the Milken Institute.
Pedro A. Guerrero is the CEO of Guerrero and publisher of Hispanic Executive. Guerrero cofounded The Alumni Society in 2015, and received a fellowship from the Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Initiative, a joint partnership between Stanford University and the Latino Business Action Network. He is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, the former president of the Entrepreneurs Organization, a founding member of Angeles Investors, and a Board of Trustees member of the Ravinia Music Festival. In 2017, Guerrero was recognized as a Business Leader of Color by Chicago United.
Mike Valdes-Fauli is the chief operating officer of Chemistry and president of its multicultural division, Chemistry Cultura. He runs one of the fastest-growing agencies in the country, with current clients including Carnival Cruise Line, Comcast, Heineken, Microsoft, NFL, NHL, TelevisaUnivision, and the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He sits on the boards of United Way Miami and the Aspen Institute Latinos & Society, and he is the recipient of the “Pioneer of the Year” award from HPRA, a two-time cochairman of Hispanicize, past judge at the CLIO Awards, and recognized by four organizations as a “40 Under 40.”
Vianni Lubus is the head of audience and engagement of Guerrero and vice president of its Hispanic Division. She oversees the company’s audience strategy, events vertical, market intelligence, and proprietary executive networks. Over the past thirteen years, she’s helped make Hispanic Executive and The Alumni Society two of the most influential and trusted platforms for the Latino professional community. She is also the executive producer of The Latino Majority podcast, which has featured notable guests such as US Vice President Kamala Harris and American billionaire businessman Orlando Bravo.
